While we are sympathetic, the General Conference Archives does not provide funds for anyone to make a research visit. Researchers are responsible for their own transportation, housing, and food in relation to their research visits.
It may be possible that a researcher's institution or organization will be willing to sponsor them; however, that would have to be arranged between the researcher and their institution or organization.
